Your information will be sent to the administrator at HQ, who will check that you are a member in good standing, and let the forum administrator know. You will then be issued with a user name and password so that you can access the forum.
This whole process should normally take less than 2 working days.

Some of the information you have given will also be used to improve member records at HQ, but will not be used
for any other purpose or given to any other organisation.

Your user name in the forum will be composed of the first name plus surname as provided by you above
- all users of the forum are requested to use their full names when they use the forum.
